I'm Richard, founder of Vagabond, with over 16 years of experience in the barber industry. My passion for this wonderful craft began at a young age—I was just 15 when I started. After completing my barber training, I travelled to various countries to gain experience, which has only enhanced my expertise.

Hi, I’m Quino, a Rotterdam local and part of the Vagabond Barbers team since 2022. Before training here, I was a loyal customer. I specialize in various styles, with a soft spot for classic cuts. You’ll find me in the shop from Tuesday to Saturday, ready to provide you with a fresh haircut and a great conversation.

I’m Thomas from Hungary. I like vintage fashion, old motorcycles, and classic rock music. My journey into the barbering world began out of curiosity, watching local barbers working. Later, I started going to a barbershop and became more interested in the trade. Barbering has been my passion for over 5 years now, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.

My name is Martijn, a barber in Rotterdam with Zeeland roots. For years, I’ve been part of the Vagabond family, where I found my passion. Six years ago, I switched from plumbing to barbering, and never looked back. At Vagabond, I focus on quality cuts and real connections with my clients. I’d love to see you at Vagabond soon!

Hi, I’m Robin from Waddinxveen. I’ve been a barber since 2022 and love the connection I build with clients, whether through deep chats or fun conversations. Outside work, I’m a big Formula 1 fan and enjoy hard techno festivals. Looking forward to seeing you in the shop!

I'm Xander, 23 years old, from Rotterdam. With 3 years of experience as a barber, I am a professional dedicated to creating stylish looks with passion and precision. Besides my expertise in cutting and styling, I enjoy staying active through sports and value quality time with my girlfriend, friends, and family.

I’m Dinant, 24, a passionate barber dedicated to providing top-notch service and creating hairstyles that truly suit my clients.
